God wants to know you better. He wants a stronger relationship with you. He cares about you and wants to hear from you. He will listen to you!
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
At Rooted Altar Ministries, we are everyday people from all walks of life who are stronger together doing the Will of God.
Rooted Altar Ministries joined Mt. Zion Community Church in their Winter Outreach effort to feed the community. The fellowship was wonderful and the heart and spirit of this community service is truly from God.
Go to God in Prayer. He wants us to come to Him with Rejoicing, Prayer and Thanksgiving.
Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. ~ 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Develop your relationship with God. If your request is in accordance to His will, we can ask anything and He will hear us.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us. ~ 1 John 5:14
God has a plan for your life but you must have a relationship with Him to understand what His will is for you.
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. ~ Ephesians 5:15-17
Happy New Year from Rooted Altar Ministries!
In this New Year, all that the Lord has for you and your life is there and ready for the asking!
You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. ~ Psalm 65:11
Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
"My God shall supply all your needs"
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
"The Testimony of the Lord is sure."
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
"There must be a prayerful dependence."
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
"He that cometh to God must believe."
1 Kings 3:5
In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.
2 Chronicles 1:7
In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.
"His ears are open unto our prayers."
Trust, Believe, Abound in Faith and know that God is always with you.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
1 John 5:14
RAM Prayer Line was hosted by Tara Snow on November 7th.
She shared with us Billy Graham’s - How to Be Thankful in All Things
Are you thankful no matter what?
This is not an easy task because of all the things that we go through on a day to day basis. But, if we keep our mind on Spiritual Things, the natural things are easier to bear.
Philippians 4:11-13 King James Version (KJV)
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
During the upcoming season, there is always something to be Thankful for, no matter the circumstances.
Rooted Altar Ministries would like to say "Thank You!" to everyone for all your prayers, donations and support.
It is A Blessing to Be A Blessing!!
All Glory goes to God!! On Saturday, November 2nd, the Rooted Altar Ministries Family was honored to be able to help out in the community by building a handicapable accessible ramp and a covered storage area for a family in need.
Galatians 6:9-10 King James Version (KJV)
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
It is such a blessing to be able to support and encourage someone not only by our words and prayers, but also by an outpouring of support by the works of our hands.
