First Sunday of Advent: Expectation of Hope Jeremiah 33:14-16 King James Version 14 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah. 15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land. 16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The Lord our righteousness.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from the Rooted Altar Ministries Family! Rooted Altar Ministries was blessed to participate in Thanksgiving for Thousands sponsored by Mountaire Farms. We were able to volunteer and help in packaging 5000 Thanksgiving Meal Boxes that were to be distributed by community groups to food insecure families. We were honored to receive 75 Meal Boxes that were distributed from our location on November 22nd. We would like to thank Mountaire Farms for their generosity. Our RAM Fam had a wonderful Ranch Fun Day on November 1st!! Great Food!! Great Fun!! Great Fellowship!! From carriage rides to the horseless rodeo, everything was AWESOME!!! Thank you Bob and Vicki for such a blessed day in such a God filled place!! Thank you all for coming to the RAM Movie Night!! The kids and adults LOVED the movie!! The food and fellowship were awesome!! Nothing like spending time together at God’s House!! |
